So I now do IT for copiers and printers. I do a LOT of troubleshooting for users with printing issues. But most of the time it boils down to: Bad User/Doc Settings.
It is the user not telling the printer what to do properly. It is the printer not getting the right kind of document. Just a bunch of mixup all around.
Make sure. Make sure before you click print that the settings are right.
